Appraisals for Property Tax uses.
We currently publish depreciation tables and economic life recommendations for electric utilities, telecommunication carrier equipment, CATV network assets, Wireless communications, general purpose computer equipment, and general use assets.
Each year BCRI conducts hundreds of appraisals for its clients; typically exceeding several billion dollars of value.
